Product Development Manager

Charlotte works across Ripe’s insurance portfolio as Product Development Manager, bringing more than 14 years of experience with its brands to Schofields. She is responsible for identifying product opportunities, researching specialised customer requirements and overseeing development through to launch and subsequent review.

Her work combines policy wording and documentation with collaboration across underwriting, technology and customer-facing teams. Charlotte also reviews existing products using performance data and customer feedback, helping inform how they develop as customer requirements and market conditions change.
